DMG was engaged to design a mixed use complex comprising of 70 apartments in the heart of the workshops precinct of Midland. Victoria Apartments is a landmark project as the initial development on the Railway Square site.

The design pays particular respect to the heritage of the Railway Workshops and will afford Midland a contemporary mixed use project through close collaboration with the MRA and the City of Swan.
