TRADEWINDS HOTEL
DMG was engaged by Hotel Client, the Prendiville Group to design and construct the refurbishment of the iconic Tradewinds Hotel in Fremantle.
The project included the refurbishment of 83 hotel rooms, an upgraded reception and central pool area and a new licenced roof top pool terrace / function space, which was all undertaken while the hotel remained fully operational.
The project was successfully completed in May 2017.
DMG Construction was awarded Winner for the Best Renovation and Refurbishment ($5-10M category) at the WA Master Builders Awards evening held in July 2018.
