DMG was engaged by Bode Property to design 23 premium beachside residences in Iluka. The development offers one, two and three bedroom apartments and in two different colour schemes; ‘Coastal’ and ‘Urban’ – both of which are inspired by the coastal surrounds. The design of the spaces offer functionality and also capture the natural light and cooling breezes. Construction of the apartments is underway and is due for completion in early 2021.
