DMG Construction (WA) Pty Ltd worked with Warrington Property to secure Neptune Marine as a tenant to their redevelopment of Orrong Rd, Welshpool and was then engaged to deliver the project on a design and construct basis.

The Neptune Marine facility comprises 1,700 sqm of office over two levels and a warehouse extension of 600 sqm with associated amenities, car parking and yard.

Works were completed on program in December 2014.
