DMG was engaged to design, document and construct a commercial development located at 3 Meares Way in Canning Vale, with client Ford & Doonan set to occupy one of the tenancies.

The design incorporates two separate tenancies both comprising of a 40sqm showroom area at ground floor, 78sqm of office space at first floor and a 245sqm warehouse.

Construction of the development was completed in October 2015.
