DMG was engaged to design a 10 storey mixed use development located on Boag Place in Morley.

The design comprises 128 residential apartments over 8 levels with a 50:50 mix of one bed and two bed configurations located above car parking. The first level alsi incorporates a communal terraced garden area.

A 400sqm commercial office tenancy is located at podium level fronting the southern side along with a second level of parking.
