The Eden Beach Club by Developer Satterley Property Group, was designed by DMG Architecture to provide a community facility for the local residents in the coastal suburb of Jindalee to enjoy. The building comprises of 2 levels and features uninterrupted views of the ocean. The upper level contains a 250-seat licensed restaurant, whilst the lower level accommodates a takeaway kiosk direct to the public and a storeroom to be used by Surf Lifesaving WA. Public amenities have also been incorporated into the lower level.

Construction of the development was completed in 2019.
