‘ALTONA 21’ APARTMENTS

DMG was initially engaged by Carcione Group of Companies to design, document and co-ordinate all consultants to prepare construction documentation for an apartment development in the centre of West Perth.

The seven storey boutique apartment development comprises 24 two-bedroom two-bathroom apartments ranging from 74sqm to 83sqm in size.

Following tendering of the project the Client then invited DMG to provide a budget to undertake the construction. The construction of the apartments was successfully completed in August 2014.
