DMG was engaged by the Canci Group to assist with the refurbishment of The Bon Marche Arcade heritage building on Barrack Street in the Perth CBD.

The challenging brief to our design team was to restore the buildings’ façade and arcade to its original heritage and feature the original detailing, whilst also adding a new entrance canopy, toilets and end of trip facilities.

The interiors of all floors above are also to be refurbished with the top floor space being extended.
