DMG was engaged to design an addition and integration of a residential dwelling to the upper floor of the existing two-storey commercial building.

The mixed use development is located on the corner of Stirling Highway and Pamment Street, North Fremantle.

Due to the buildings coastal location, it had been weathered and was in need of rejuvenatation while still allowing for integration into the existing and future streetscape.
