DMG Architecture was engaged by Developer, Blackburne to design an exciting mixed-use development located on the corner of Stirling Street and Aberdeen Street, Perth.

The development comprises two commercial tenancies along with a total 137 units of varying typologies, shared amenities and 196 car parking bays are proposed for the site, over a total of twenty two levels.

Construction of the development was successfully completed in 2017.
